Airport City, Manchester

The development of a 276,000 ft2 warehouse by Mountpark Properties and logistics specialist Stoford.

Plans have been submitted to Manchester council by Manchester Airports Group and logistics specialist Stoford requesting planning permission for the development of a 276,000 ft2 warehouse as part of the area’s £800 million Airport City Scheme. The scheme itself sits at the heart of Greater Manchester’s Enterprise Zone; firms relocating there can benefit from business rate reductions.

As part the scheme, plans were submitted for the 276,000 ft2 hub and include a large warehouse, with a three-storey office building and 225 parking spaces - 180 for cars and 45 for lorries.
