Andy has over 20 years’ experience with the assessment and remediation of contaminated land. Andy is a specialist in contaminated land and holds Advisor status on the Register of Ground Engineering Professionals and has stood as Expert Witness. He has worked in a variety of sectors including on major UK infrastructure decommissioning and redevelopments.

Phil is an Associate Director with over 17 years’ experience in the assessment and management of contaminated land within a wide range of sectors. Over this period Phil has developed a detailed understanding of the various contaminated land regimes. Phil has worked on numerous geo-environmental investigations and contaminated land remediation projects including gas works, power stations, research and laboratory facilities, landfill and defence sites. He advises and supports clients on: obtaining planning permission and discharging conditions; environmental permit applications and surrenders; legacy liability management; site purchase and divestiture.
