Raymond leads the RPS planning & environment team in Belfast and has over 27 years’ experience in urban and rural planning and design. Raymond has project managed numerous Environmental Statements for large infrastructure developments, as well as leisure and residential developments throughout the UK and Ireland. Raymond has extensive experience as an expert witness appearing at more than 30 Oral Hearings and Planning Appeals.

Seamus Fay

Seamus is a Chartered Town Planner with more than 30 years’ experience in the private and public sector. He has extensive experience of the planning systems across Ireland, specialising in major infrastructure projects, including EIA and planning legislation for renewable energy, industrial, commercial, ports & harbours and major sports stadia. He has acted as independent planning adviser to Invest NI, several councils and NI Water. Seamus has significant experience in planning enforcement.

Aideen is an Associate Director with over 16 years’ experience of both private and public sector planning. She has led the RPS’ planning team’s involvement in major projects, including the Scenic Carlingford Ferry between Greencastle & Greenore, the Gobbin’s Cliff Pathways project, St Lucia Masterplan in Omagh, Limavady Town Centre Masterplan, the Strategic Integrated Framework Plan for the Shannon Estuary (SIFP), the Belfast Harbour land reclamation and the cruise/multi-purpose berth projects for Belfast Harbour Commissioners, and the Cobh Cruise berth for the Port of Cork.
