This large scale, multi-award winning development provides a new residential-led, mixed-use quarter integrating a site which is bisected by a canal, to provide a modern sustainable urban community.

This challenging development includes the regeneration of existing historic, industrial buildings, landscaping and park space whilst maintaining access to the canal. Our team had an in-depth understanding and appreciation for the need to keep the final development in the local context.

Wolverton park delivers a new modern innovative architectural solution within a historic context, including the development and conversion of the town’s Grade II – listed Royal Train Shed.
