We completed the pre-acquisition survey of a large industrial unit for investment purposes. This instruction involved the fast mobilisation of resource in order to attend the property and consequently report on salient issues prior to the exchange.
The property consisted of a 170,000ft2 industrial building which also incorporated a two-storey office building.
DBK provided advice in relation to the condition of the property prior to a sale and leaseback being agreed. In addition, DBK prepared a reinstatement cost assessment for insurance purposes.
RPS acquired DBK in April 2016.
