Brand management

We are experts at managing client brands on major infrastructure and property projects. We understand the need to manage project risk and ensure our client’s brand is protected when delivering projects through consortia. Our experience extends to brand development including strategy, stakeholder engagement, expression, rollout and change management. Our brand expression services include identity and brand creation, setting brand guidelines, corporate and project reporting, and automated programmed templates that ensure brand integrity across an organisation.

Communication design

Good design is at the core of our creative offering. Our team has been purpose-built to service the sectors that shape our cities and the future of Australia.

Our understanding of these sectors enables us to deliver design solutions that are authoritative, appropriate and engaging.

In the early stages of projects, we can advise on appropriate mediums and technologies to communicate key messages effectively, whether in print or electronic form.

Our wealth of experience includes visual solutions for annual reports, brochures, flyers, newsletters, advertisements, posters, booklets, exhibitions graphics and web-based solutions.

Information graphics

As the world becomes more visual, information graphics facilitate greater understanding of complex processes, systems and options whether through static diagrams or interactive applications. These graphics are particularly powerful when combined with GIS data delivering spatially accurate tools for community stakeholder dashboards to climate change vulnerability mapping.

Examples include rail network maps and cutaway diagrams of transport hubs, the workings of sustainable property development, illustrations explaining energy projects such as the installation of underground power cables and water sector diagrams, and an explanation of the desalination process.

Bids and tenders

With our market knowledge, long relationships with government, and industry savvy, we are ideally placed to provide advice on bid strategy, approach, pricing and procurement methods, client motivation, project drivers and competitor analysis.

Supporting this we have a team of project managers and coordinators who facilitate team workshops, collate content, write pitch material and edit for consistency of message, as well as manage the graphic design team to produce effective, easy-to-navigate documents in the tightest of timeframes.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

The GIS team provides data and mapping services that offer value in the planning, analysis and presentation of major projects. From inception through to delivery, our team is experienced in helping clients review of their core data needs, establishing necessary data sharing and access agreements, providing license management, thematic integration and coordinating different project areas, especially across contractors.

Our services include location maps, environmental analysis, socio-economic trend analysis, multi-criteria mapping and constraints mapping.

Megan is a ​highly experienced creative ​leader with over 14 years’ ​of industry ​experience​. During this time she has managed a large variety of creative projects​, including ​very complex bids and tenders. ​Her experience ​has been gained ​across a wide range of creative environments including design studios, advertising agencies and publishing houses​,​ and ​she has ​​project ​managed a variety of deliverables across a range of mediums, including print and digital.

As discipline leader, Megan is responsible for a team of creative professionals who understand government clients and infrastructure projects. She manages large teams to deliver complex projects with multiple high-quality outputs, on time and on budget, meeting client expectations​ and needs. She also manages the strategic direction of the practice, and manages the systems and processes required to deliver best-for-project outcomes for a range of clients and projects. Megan has strong industry relationships, which ensures that she can source the right suppliers to deliver all manner of collateral including bespoke community and conference displays, and interactive websites.

Megan listens to clients, clarifies their needs, ​works collaboratively, ​and ensures that they receive a tailored solution that speaks to the intended audience. She is a critical thinker, with a very strong attention to detail, who enjoys managing the creative production process and creative project management.
