Responsible for heading up the Cost and Project Management team in Manchester, with over 20 years’ experience in delivering complex, high profile schemes across most construction sectors, for both private and public sector clients.

Matthew specialises in the strategic management of projects, particularly those with multiple stakeholders and uses, with many of the schemes that he has delivered needing to accommodate the requirements of third parties, such as Funds and Tenants.
