This includes customer service and insights, brand, marketing, media, external communication, traditional owner engagement, community education programs, corporate and service strategy, pricing and policy engagement and advocacy.

With six years’ experience as a policy adviser at both State and Federal level, Gavan also brings unique insights into government decision making processes and expectations around community engagement. He brings extensive networks, skills and experience enabling him to deliver innovative and impactful engagement with community and stakeholders.
