Ross has worked in the offshore renewables sector since 2009 and has worked on over 17GW of offshore wind in the UK. He has gained significant experience in offshore wind and marine cable projects across all stages of development, from site identification and pre-application through to post-consent discharge and compliance.
Ross has extensive practical knowledge of marine consenting, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA). He has been responsible for consenting and post consent compliance for a range of marine projects in a regulatory, consultancy and developer capacity. He also has significant stakeholder engagement experience and has managed, or provided strategic support on, project-specific engagement.
