Attracting the talent of tomorrow
Two years ago Javier Val graduated from Cranfield University with a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering. Earlier this month, he went back to help recruit some of the brightest and best talent to come and work for RPS.
As part our ongoing graduate recruitment Strategy, Javier and David Gordon attended the Cranfield University Spring Career’s Fair. The University attracts thousands of students with many coming from all over the world. It is renowned for its courses in the aerospace, energy, environment, water and management disciplines.
The pair showcased RPS alongside Amazon, British Aerospace Systems and other leading companies. Meeting the students face-to -face allowed them to explain more about what RPS does and how it can offer them a challenging and engaging role with staged and progressive career development.
The RPS stand showed some of the latest 3d modelling tools we use as well as our innovative Wastewaternet Asset Management tools.
David Gordon commented, “it was great to engage with the students and share the opportunities in RPS, but its been a while since I have been back to University having left in 1983!”
Javier and David both agreed it was a great day and look forward to returning next year with a view to explaining more about the opportunities in RPS.
