Our people are what make us great, and we empower them to have a career they can be proud of. Within our Asset, Surveying & Inspection (AS&I) Division, our team of around 500 staff help ensure communities are safeguarded through our efforts in improving efficiency in water networks, surveying and wastewater operations.
The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) is an accredited training provider that enable organisations to develop their [staff’s] capabilities and leadership skills helping us deliver tomorrow’s leaders today.
We enlisted the help and resources of Educ8, one of the UK’s top accredited training providers to help guide us through this journey together.

"At Educ8, we are proud to partner with RPS in their journey to upskill and empower their workforce by delivering qualifications to their staff in Leadership and Management (ILM), Project Management, Digital Learning Practitioner and Digital Skills for Business. We are supporting their employees to excel in their roles and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
RPS were keen to invest in their team’s professional development. They sought to strengthen their leadership pipeline to equip their workforce with management capabilities, to enable them to lead with confidence and deliver with excellence.
Our approach was tailored to their needs, combining practical workshops, online learning, and real-world applications. This flexibility ensured that their employees could balance professional development with their day-to-day responsibilities, whilst considering their busy periods as a business.
So far, we have supported five individuals in completing their qualifications, with one of them advancing to a higher level. Additionally, we have onboarded three more learners who are actively continuing their learning programs. We look forward to supporting them through to completion and celebrating their achievements at our annual graduation event, Gradu8.
