Erieta Dimitriou joins our Sustainability and Energy team
With more and more businesses committing to meet carbon reduction targets and the need for sustainability support rising, RPS has appointed Erieta Dimitriou as Principal Energy Consultant in its Energy & Sustainability team.
Erieta will be working with the team to assess a range of projects for new and existing buildings across the UK. She has extensive experience managing and delivering energy strategies for a range of planning and development requirements, providing energy and sustainability statements, PART L Compliance and Thermal comfort modelling. Past projects include providing Energy Strategy and Overheating assessments for Fairview Homes, energy modelling of a large central London office building to support plant investment decisions/building operations and a MEES audits (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards) review for Aberdeen Asset Management.
She has an MSc in Building Energy and Environmental Performance Modelling, from Cardiff University and is a Low Carbon Consultant, accredited Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (Level 4&5), Domestic Assessor (SAP), ESOS lead Assessor and also a BREEAM New Construction Assessor. Erieta has previously worked at a number of past consultancies, including WSP and Evora Edge.
On her appointment, Erieta said “I am delighted to join the team and to be able to share my experience in energy performance as we support clients on their carbon reduction journey.”
