We foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce
From the moment you start with RPS, you’ll be welcomed into an inclusive environment where you’ll feel like you belong.
With respect and fairness as our north-star, we’re committed to nurturing a culture that values a diverse range of views, knowledge, and lived experiences.
We champion gender equality
We’ve made a pledge to close the gender pay gap and we’re committed to moving the needle on gender equality. Our Australian data shows how we’re actively narrowing gender disparity across our workforce.
Since 2014, we’ve been reporting on our gender pay gap results to the Workplace Gender Equity Agency (WGEA).
