Graduate Careers UK and Ireland
At RPS we work as one team to achieve exceptional outcomes, and joining the Graduate Scheme is no different. From early on in your career you’ll have exposure to sustainable projects, experience true support and encouragement, and be trusted to work in a way that’s right for you.
Who we're looking for
We encourage and value different ideas, perspectives, and styles of thinking. We believe diversity in skills and experience fosters innovation, enables us to push boundaries and solve problems that matter.
We're looking for people who turn challenges into opportunities, those who are keen to learn and develop, and intelligent risk takers who are not scared to try new things. If that sounds like you, we have opportunities across the UK and Ireland spanning design, health safety and risk, water, project management, planning and environmental disciplines.

What to expect
At RPS you’ll be supported by some of the brightest minds in the industry. Here you can build the foundations of your career by developing skills, knowledge and behaviours; building experience and achievements into real expertise.
The Graduate Scheme provides a structured programme of processes, support and training packages. Our training supports the core competencies of technical charterships and we're also an accredited training provider for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Training provided will be dependent on position and business.
Beyond the programme we offer progression opportunities to the highest level professional qualifications and charterships (master’s Level 7) in both technical disciplines and in leadership & management. We prioritise our people and their progression, and we're committed to supporting you as far as you want to go.
