A Personal Approach - Laura gains confidence in Occupational Health
“We take a personal approach to any of our clients that we deal with. We build a core with our clients, which I think is very important, especially in a healthcare setting.”
Laura has been working in healthcare since she was a teenager. From helping children with special needs to providing support in a pulmonary function lab to gaining phlebotomy experience, Laura has done it all. But upon pursuing her interest in Occupational Health, Laura found herself on unfamiliar grounds.
Laura joined RPS with apprehension about taking on this new challenge, whilst excited to see what it had in store. Laura underwent an efficient induction process and received support and guidance from her team, and slowly, she began to embrace her new start with keen and enthusiastic eyes.
Now many months later, Laura has gained confidence with her approach to health surveillance and looks to continue her journey, grow even further and above all, provide the best care.
