Our Bedford laborat0ry was one of the first laboratories in the UK to gain UKAS accreditation for the analysis of PFAS chemicals following the monitoring required at the Buncefield oil terminal.
We have been instrumental in providing analytical support during the remediation and clean-up project and subsequent routine monitoring.

We recently caught up with Hannah after she completed her Masters Degree in Analytical Science at the University of Lincoln. She gives us an update into her journey with RPS since joining us 3 years ago in our Bedford Laboratories.
James Curtis, joined RPS in July 2021 as an Extraction Chemist and was promoted to an Analyst position in June 2022. We met with him to find out more about his role within our Bedford Laboratory and his career progression.
