Director - Project Management
Ben is an Associate Director within our Project Management team with over 10 years of experience within the construction industry. He has led numerous key projects of varying scale and complexity over many sectors for both public and private organisations. Operating from a main contractor background, he possesses detailed understanding of all stages of construction projects with strong commercial and contractual understanding that is considered invaluable by our clients. Ben has extensive experience of delivering higher education and complex city-centre projects focused on regeneration and sustainability, leading multi-consultant teams to develop site preparation strategies and achieve planning permission.
James Bowman
Director - Project Management
With nearly two decades of international experience in project planning and delivery across Healthcare, Aviation, and Defence, James is passionate about risk and opportunity management. His open communication style fosters strong client, consultant, and contractor relationships. Pragmatic and data-driven, James ensures project outcomes align with client visions. His background in consulting, major project focus, and qualifications in Business, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management make him a valuable asset for any complex project.

With 80% of the buildings that will exist in 2050 already built, our first series focuses on the decarbonisation challenge for owners and operators of large property estates. This series explores when to retrofit versus build new, how to prioritise investments, identify the right solutions, calculate cost and energy savings, and much more.
