Occupational Health Services for Retail
In 2015, our Occupational Health team went through a vigorous tender process to secure the contract to provide our client with a range of occupational health services - with headquarters in North West England, a main distribution centre in the Midlands and over 700 stores UK wide. In 2019 RPS entered the second year of a two-year contract extension.

Challenge
With the client having over 700 stores across the UK, RPS invested significant time and resources, from our account manager and senior clinicians, to visit our clients sites to fully appreciate their unique needs and be able to create a tailored occupational health service that was suitable for their requirements.
Requirements:
- On-site risk-based health surveillance at the distribution centre
- Management referrals via face to face consultations as well as via telephone and Skype consultations - both remote types of consultations have been particularly effective for their widespread branches across the UK
- The provision of detailed management information which is presented at regular account management meetings
